At MEGATECH, we not only offer our customers innovative technology from our partners, but also create our own software that can be customised to our customers' needs. Our latest project is the MTcomportal - a web-based UC client that our software developers are constantly developing and improving. This softphone offers users the opportunity to communicate easily with external contacts such as customers or partners as well as internally with employees within their own company. It combines various communication applications such as instant messaging, telephony and conference calls in a centralised user interface.
The MTcomportal is accessed via the browser of your choice and is therefore both device- and platform-independent. This means you can access your contacts and phone numbers at any time and from anywhere.
When designing the interface of the MTcomportal, care was taken to ensure intuitive and user-friendly operation and clear menu navigation. The use of our softphone enables a high degree of scalability. The UC client is ready for use immediately after installation and can also be made accessible to a large number of employees. This saves time and money compared to a complex hardware configuration.
Familiar control methods such as drag-and-drop or mouse click and the structure of the UC client, which is based on common communication applications with functions such as history, contact management and agent status, enable all users to find their way around the MTcomportal quickly and intuitively. In addition, the structure of the MTcomportal can be individually extended and can therefore be optimally customised to your wishes and requirements.
In contrast to the previous version, the current MTcomportal does not require any hardware phones to be connected. Calls, chats and conferences take place exclusively via the browser, whereby the loudspeakers and microphones of the end device used are utilised for voice transmission.
Thanks to its modular design, this softphone can be customised and extended. In addition to the standard functions provided, applications that are important to the customer can also be connected.
The presence status of the MTcomportal shows the availability of internal contacts at a glance. This improves collaboration within the company. The respective status changes automatically when calls are made or the end device is blocked or can be changed manually as required.
Messages can be exchanged internally via the MTcomportal chat function without the need for a separate application. This enables fast and unrestricted communication, especially when things need to move quickly.
Save all your contacts in a centralised interface. Internal contacts are automatically imported via the system and external contacts can also be stored centrally for retrieval. You can store and add all necessary and relevant information in any definable fields.
The call history provides an overview of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. Contacts can be called back immediately via the history or unknown numbers can be saved as contacts.
