Our self-developed, platform-independent UC client, the MTcomportal, with connection to an Avaya Aura environment is accessed via the browser. With the software, all familiar telephone functions can be used and controlled remotely via the computer.

The application enables advanced communication functions such as instant messaging, contact management, conference calls, agent management, recordings and more.

In addition to the standard functions, the modular client can be customised.

TAPI Provider

Centralised communication with the TAPI provider

The TAPI Provider is an application for using the Avaya Aura environment via the Windows TAPI interface.

The in-house development of the TAPI Service Provider enables the connection of any TAPI clients to Avaya telephony and can be used as a local client installation with a few computers or as a server installation with up to several hundred numbers.

Stations and agents are configured and monitored via a simple graphical user interface.
