Service & Support

For your convenience, our in-house technical Service Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Services include ticket processing and premium on-site service incl. hardware replacement by our Service-Engineers as well as together with Avaya Global Services

Training

Our Avaya certified specialists can organize on-site training for your staff - or are happy to arrange in-house training at our new state-of-the-art facilities in Schöllnach.

Logistics Centre

Our almost 2.500-square-metre logistics centre holds an extensive product range at approximately 600 pallet spaces and 2.800 small parts containers - ready for dispatch.

We offer scheduled delivery at your convenience. If we receive your order by 3pm, items will be shipped within Germany on the same day - thanks to our advanced pick-and-place equipment. Upon request, urgent orders can be sent via express service with delivery by 8:30am the next business day. During peak times our logistics centre handles up to a few hundred shipments a day.
